Castillo de Canena has been producing estate bottled extra virgin olive oil since 1780. Collected by hand, the olives are transported to the mill in less than 3 hours to be milled and bottled on the estate, thus guaranteeing freshness. The Picual extra virgin olive oil has a beautiful, intense gold/green color, an herbaceous aroma, like a green tomato on the vine. It is intense fruity with a distinct and strong balance of bitterness and pungency.
