Simply put, it’s olive oil that has been grown, harvested, and bottled at the source, ensuring the highest possible quality–no dilution or long trips to bottlers here! We’ve built close relationships with our farmers so that we can track the production process from tree to bottle, bringing you the best of the best extra virgin olive oil.
HOW IS EXTRA VIRGIN OLIVE OIL MADE?
To make high quality Extra Virgin Olive Oil, you’ve got to keep things simple. Minimally processed, these olives aren’t subjected to heat or chemical based extraction processes—they’re simply mechanically pressed to separate the liquid from the fruit and immediately sealed in opaque bottles to protect from heat, light, and air. This process leaves the oil pure and unrefined, resulting in a healthy, gourmet, and highly flavorful extra virgin olive oil.
Because the oil contains zero preservatives, it should generally be used within two months of opening.
