Tondo Organic extra virgin olive oil is made with the famous Tonda Iblea olives of the Monti Iblei region, Sicily. Medium Intensity, sweet, fruity and harmonious. It is buttery with an aroma of tomato leaf that gives way to green, grassy, and floral notes.
Suggested uses: tomato and avocado salad and a squeeze of lemon juice. Warm pasta with parmigiano reggiano and sun dried tomatoes.
