DOP TERRA DI BARI – BITONTO
Torre di Mossa is the De Carlo family’s “historical” farm, where this extra-virgin olive oil was created, completely reflecting their idea of quality.
The cultivar is Coratina, the leading oil of the area but of limited production. A medium intense extra virgin olive oil it has an initial impression of sweetness, but then comes across as having pronounced, slight bitterness and an intense persistent prickly taste.
Suggested uses: Delicious on grilled bread, steak tartare and legumes.
