DeCarlo “Il Classico” extra virgin olive oil comes the from ancient lands of the DeCarlo Family and is situated in the area of Bitritto,Apulia.  A blend of olives from Ogliarola and Coratina, milled in a few hours after the harvest, it is soft and balanced, characterized by tones of fresh herbs and sweet almond aftertaste.
